How do I sell my device?
You have two options:
- Drop off in Irvine, CA — Get paid same-day in cash or Zelle
- Ship to us — We'll email you a free prepaid shipping label within 24 hours. Pack your device, drop it off at any USPS location, and we'll pay you within 24 hours of receiving and verifying it
How much will you pay me?
Prices depend on the device model, storage capacity, and condition. Use our iPhone quote tool for instant pricing on iPhones. We offer competitive, honest prices — no lowballing or bait-and-switch. What we quote is what you get (as long as the condition matches your description).
How do I get paid?

What if my device isn't in the condition I described?
If your device doesn't match the condition you described (e.g., you said "Like New" but it has scratches), we'll send you a Revised Offer via email. You'll have 7 days to accept or reject it. If you reject it, we'll ship your device back to you for free. If you don't respond within 7 days, we'll assume you accept the revised offer and send payment.
Do I need to wipe my device before sending it?
YES! You are 100% responsible for removing all personal data from your device before sending it to us. This includes photos, contacts, accounts, passwords, and any sensitive information. Check out our Data Wipe Guide for step-by-step instructions. Devicetron is NOT responsible for any data left on your device.
What if my device gets lost in the mail?
You bear the risk of loss while your device is in transit, even if you use our prepaid shipping label. We recommend using USPS tracking (included with our labels) to monitor your shipment. Once we receive and verify your device, we take full responsibility.
Can I sell a carrier-locked iPhone?
No, we only buy unlocked iPhones. If your iPhone is locked to a carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.), you'll need to unlock it before we can purchase it. Contact your carrier to unlock your device.
What if my device has a cracked screen or damage?
We buy devices with minor cosmetic damage (scratches, small dings). For devices with cracked screens or significant damage, the price will be lower. If the device is crushed, bent, or has missing parts, we may not be able to purchase it. Be honest about the condition when getting your quote.
How long does the whole process take?
